Job Title: Electrical Project Manager
Salary/ Day Rate: £65,000 – £80,000 basic salary (Plus additional company benefits)

Company Description
A globally recognised mechanical, electrical & public health services contractor is currently recruiting an Electrical Project Manager, to be based within Central London. The business provides innovative design/ installation services to flagship commercial, residential, hotel/ leisure, education & data centre sectors. Since the early 1990’s, my client has continued to offer a collaborative & quality driven service to multiple blue-chip contractors, highlighted through long lasting relationships/ repeat business.
Due to an extremely healthy pipeline of work & multiple successful tenders, the business now requires an Electrical Project Manager. This opening is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager, to further progress their career with an employee focused organisation while gaining exposure to cutting edge projects across the capital.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Leading the complete project team throughout project duration.
- Taking responsibility for the complete project lifecycle (Initial pre-construction, delivery, commissioning & handover).
- Working in conjunction with the pre-construction & commercial team to produce/ agree programme.
- Attend pre-order & weekly progress meetings.
- Review all technical mechanical aspects of system proposals.
- Oversee & sign off invoices.
- Control installation ad commissioning activities.
- Prepare & submit applications/ variations.
- Ensure the project is delivered in accordance with programme/ budget.
