Job Title: Electrical Project Manager
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 basic salary (Plus additional company benefits)

A family-owned specialist MEP design & installation services contractor are currently recruiting an Electrical Project Manager working between London and Southern England. Created in the mid 1990’s, the business has gone from strength to strength; with a recent T/O circa £50 million. They provide a complete building services package to the commercial office, hotel/ leisure, data centre, healthcare and education sectors.
Due to consistent growth and upcoming projects, the business is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to onboard Q1 of 2022. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager, to join a family orientated business offering exposure to challenging projects & long-term career progression.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Manage the complete project lifecycle (Ranging from initial feasibility studies through to final completion & handover).
- Working closely with inhouse commercial staff, while overseeing costs of labour, procurement, final accounts etc.
- Liaise and communicate with estimating, pre-construction, commercial & contract teams.
- Attending weekly progress meetings, design team meetings, client meetings while acting asa company representative.
- Ensure Health & Safety is adhered too.
Remuneration Package
- A market leading basic salary (dependent on previous experience/ track record).
