Job Title: Electrical Project Manager
Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 basic salary (including additional company benefits)

Company Description
My client is one of the UK’s leading MEP building services providers, with an annual T/O circa £100 million. Since the mid 1980’s the business has specialised in the design, development & delivery of innovative MEP projects to the commercial, residential, hotel/ leisure, education & healthcare sectors.
Due to multiple notable project wins, my client now has an upcoming requirement for an Electrical Project Manager. The successful applicant will join a fast paced, dynamic and close-knit operational delivery team while responsible for taking a lead role overseeing a flagship shell & core development, located in West London.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Leading the electrical project team throughout project duration.
- Taking responsibility for the complete project lifecycle (initial pre-construction, delivery, commissioning & handover).
- Working in conjunction with the pre-construction & commercial team to produce/ agree programme.
- Attend pre-order & weekly progress meetings.
- Review all technical mechanical aspects of system proposals.
- Oversee & sign off invoices.
- Control installation ad commissioning activities.
- Prepare & submit applications/ variations.
- Ensure the project is delivered in accordance with programme/ budget.
Remuneration Package
- A highly competitive basic salary (dependent on previous experience/ track record).
