Job Title: Electrical Project Manager
Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 (including additional company benefits)

My client is a pioneering mechanical & electrical building services contractor located within Central London, who provide full MEP design and installation services to prime residential, commercial office, data centres, retail, and other specialist sectors. Due to a strong pipeline of work, they are now recruiting an Electrical Project Manager to oversee a large high-end luxury apartments scheme in North London. Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Ideally the individual should have a minimum of 7 years’ experience working in a similar position.
- Ability to run a project from inception through to completion.
- Administer procurement of sub-packages/contracts and materials.
- Liaising with clients over design variations.
- Managing full site team (including 3rd party subcontractors).
- Developing and maintaining excellent customer and full site team relationships.
- Guarantee projects are delivered to a high quality in line with the set specification and budget.
- Always ensuring health & safety is followed.
- Oversee weekly design, progress, and commercial meetings.
Remuneration Package
- A very competitive basic salary (dependent on previous experience/ track record).
