Title: Electrical Project Manager
Salary: £65,000 – £80,000 (including additional company benefits)

An exciting opportunity has appeared on the market with an industry leading M&E Building Services Contractor who operate in the London Residential, Data Center, Hotel & Leisure and commercial sectors.
My client has been significantly growing over the past few years winning projects with blue-chip principal contractors and due to successfully completing these schemes to a high standard virtually defect free, the have won repeat business with these clients with project values ranging from £10 – £30 million M&E.
Having won the next phase of a landmark £25 million M&E high end residential building in West London, my client is looking for an Electrical Project Manager with large luxury residential experience.
This is a great opportunity for a Construction/ Project Manager who has been with their current employer for number of years that feels stagnant and like their personal progression has been pushed aside as my client takes great pride in internally promoting their employees especially with the amount of room to grow in the business.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Electrical Qualifications.
- Experience as an Electrical Construction Manager for a tier one M&E Contractor or Electrical Project Management with project experience upwards of £10 million M&E.
- Managing a prestigious end user client.
- Engaging with and attending meetings with the Project Management team.
- Confirming design plans with surveyors, architects, and engineers.
- Managing and overseeing the construction plans.
- Procurement of building materials and equipment.
- Ensuring the project is always within construction time constraints and budgets.
- Managing and developing relationships with your teams.
- Liaising on behalf of the company with the client.
- Provide Weekly and monthly plans and forecasts to clients via phone, email, or meetings.
Remuneration Package
