Title: Electrical Project Manager
Salary: £65,000 – £85,000 (including additional company benefits)

A lucrative electrical project management opportunity has appeared on the market with a rapidly expanding M&E Building Services Contractor who operate in the London commercial office, residential, hotel & leisure and now data centre sectors.
Headquartered in Essex and Central London, my client’s turnover was £75 million M&E in 2023, which is a 20% growth since the previous year with this growth continuing into 2024 winning new residential and commercial fit out projects (£4 – £10 million MEP) in London zones 1-3 with new and repeat clients.
This opportunity suits an individual who is at a stage in their career where if they are given unique gap in the London market, they are looking to exploit that gap for all it’s worth. This is a chance to be the right-hand man to the Operations Director of a rapidly growing business with the potential to earn life changing money and solidify guaranteed progression to a Project Director in the coming years.
Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Electrical Qualifications.
- Experience as an Electrical Construction Manager for a tier one M&E Contractor or Electrical Project Management with project experience upwards of £5 million M&E.
- Managing a prestigious end user client.
- Tier one project experience any any of the following markets; Commercial office, hotel/leisure, residential or data centre.
- Successfully delivering a project from inception through till completion.
- Longevity of 3 years+ with current employer.
- Engaging with and attending meetings with the Project Management team.
- Confirming design plans with surveyors, architects, and engineers.
- Managing and overseeing the construction plans.
- Procurement of building materials and equipment.
- Ensuring the project is always within construction time constraints and budgets.
- Managing and developing relationships with your teams.
- Liaising on behalf of the company with the client.
- Provide Weekly and monthly plans and forecasts to clients via phone, email, or meetings.
Remuneration Package
