I am looking for an Electrical Day Shift Engineer to work at a landmark building in the City of London in the Liverpool St area.
The ideal candidate will be experienced within critical environments / building services and be fully electrically qualified. There is a large team of engineers on site and you will be covering both landlord and tenant services.

Duties & Responsibilities
- PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
- Electrical Fault-Finding
- Single & Three Phase Power
- Emergency Lighting
- Fire Alarms
- BMS Operation
- AHUs
- FCUs
- Motor, Pumps
- Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, etc).
- UPS systems
- Distribution Boards
Qualifications & Experience
- City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- 18th Edition
- LV/HV certification desirable
- Experience working within a commercial setting
- Client facing
