Electrical Shift Engineer

Shift Engineer | City of London | £42,000 + £2,000 bonus + Fantastic Package

Are you an experienced electrical or mechanical maintenance engineer? Do you have experience carrying out maintenance duties across prestigious corporate / critical environments?

A global property developer are currently recruiting for 2 Shift Engineers to work directly in a brand new, extremely high end, multi tenanted office premises in the City of London.

You will be working across all Landlord areas of the building within a strong multi skilled team.

Duties will involve:

• This is a hands on position so hands on duties will involve; Wiring / Re-wiring, Emergency lighting, ballasts, lamps, sockets, circuits, control panel maintenance, transformers, generators, UPS, HV switching / shutdowns, reading/writing HV switching schedules, fault finding, testing & inspection, AHU’S / FCU’s (filter changes, belt changes, coil cleans), chiller checks, boiler resets, pumps, motors, BMS monitoring, general fabric / building services duties across the premises when required.
• Updating all compliance / logbooks on site
• Supervising sub-contractors

Package:

• £42,000 basic salary
• £2,000 annual bonus
• £1,000 bonus if current HVAP
• Hours: 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off (7-7)

Requirements:

• Must hold City and Guilds Level 3 or equivalent
• Ideally have experience with switching, UPS and HV transformers & generators (not essential)
• Must have experience within commercial building services
• Must have experience within a client facing role
• Able to build rapport and a relationship with clients and a team
