Job Title: Electrical Site Manager
Day Rate: £40,000 – £50,000 basic salary
Location: Southwest London
Company Description
I am currently recruiting an Electrical Supervisor, on behalf of a privately owned MEP contractor, based in the City of London. The business undertakes a full range of mechanical & electrical building services engineering, while typically operating across the commercial, residential, education & hotel/leisure sectors.
Due to consistent growth, they now currently have a requirement for an Electrical Site Manager. The successful individual will be responsible for overseeing a high-end residential development, located in Southwest London (Circa £3 million electrical value). This is a fantastic opportunity for a career driven Electrical Site Manager, who is keen to take the necessary steps to Project Management.
Responsibilities
- Managing site based electrical trade contractors.
- Ensuring safe management and control of electrical services installation & ensuring works. are carried out in accordance with procedures/ processes.
- Weekly progress & performance reports.
- Attending daily & weekly progress meetings.
- Acting as a client point of contact.
Remuneration Package
- A highly competitive basic salary/ day rate (dependent on previous experience/ track record).
