Engineering Supervisor – £55,000

GH Engage are recruiting for an Engineering Supervisor to be based at a Commercial site in Westminster, Central London, looking after an on-site engineering team as well as subcontractors, as well as managing the relationship with the client.

The Role & Company
You will be working for a privately owned building services company with massive plans for growth over the coming years. They have a great base of clients throughout the London and surrounding areas, predominantly servicing commercial sites, as well as some sites in other sectors.
As the company continues to grow, they are looking for an experienced and ambitious supervisor / manager who can grow with the company and will be happy to take on more senior positions in the future.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- You will lead a team of on-site engineers, driving service delivery and offering technical support where required.
- You will be responsible for ensuring the team is meeting KPIs and delivering the contracts in line with SLAs.
- You will be responsible for driving compliance, and health & safety.
- Acting as the first point of escalation for the client, you will present a professional manner and represent the company as well as possible.
Experience & Requirements
- You will have a relevant technical qualification in a mechanical or electrical discipline; providing technical support to your team when required.
- As well as being technically capable, financial proficiency is also essential to this role as you will be tasked with increasing the profitability of the contract.
- Experience in managing teams of engineers is a requirement.
