Job
An Engineering Supervisor is required to join an established contract in the heart of the City of London. The successful candidate will be joining a great team, providing planned and reactive maintenance to a modern, multi-tenanted building and over-seeing 3 engineers (both mechanical and electrical). Reporting directly to the Contract Manager, you will work to provide a first-class service to the client and ensure the smooth running of the building, meeting KPI’s and SLA’s.
Accountabilities:
- Implementing planned maintenance schedules.
- Reactive maintenance.
- Supervising 3 multi-skilled engineers for all maintenance requirements. Organise work schedules.
- Building a working relationship with an established requirement, going the extra mile and ensuring any problems are addressed properly and as fast as possible.
- Ensuring KPI’s are met by the team in order to achieve success with all service level agreements.
Experience and Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar supervisory position.
- Either Electrically or Mechanically qualified.
- City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 Apprenticeship
- 17th/18th
- Client facing attitude.
