Fabric Maintenance Engineer | City of London | Monday to Friday | £30,000 + Package.
Are you an experienced fabric maintenance technician? Do you have experience within with in high end, client facing environments? Are you looking for a role within a well established company, newly build site with a large team?
I am currently recruiting for a fabric technician to work in a high-end corporate premises in the City of London.
Duties will include; PPMs, reactive maintenance, plumbing (unblocking toilets, washers, taps, replacements), water treatment, flushing, tap temperatures, basic carpentry (locks, hanging boards, replacing doors, patch work), painting and decorating, emergency lighting, ballast changes, lamp changes, general plant checks etc.
Package:
- £30,000 basic salary
- Monday to Friday 08:00am – 5:00pm
- Company Pension

Requirements:
- Experience within a high end premises.
- Experience within commercial maintenance.
- A trade qualification would be preferable.
