Fabric Maintenance Engineer | Central / Greater London | £32K – £36K + van, fuel & package
Are you an experience building services / maintenance technician? Do you have a background in plumbing or carpentry? Do you hold a full UK Driving License?
Due to very high demand we are currently recruiting for a Fabric Maintenance Technician to work on a mobile basis to carry out PPMs and Reactive maintenance duties predominantly across hospitality & retail premises.
Hands on duties will involve but will not be limited to;
- Plumbing – taps, washers, blockages, stacks, basic pipework, basic drainage, water heaters, water softeners
- Carpentry – Basic woodwork, doors, locks, floor tiles, partitions
- Patch tiling
- Patch plastering
- Painting & Decorating
- Lamps, Ballasts, emergency lights
Venues will include Pubs, restaurants and retail premises located within Greater London and high-end hospitality venues in London’s prestigious West End.
Package:
- £32,000 – £36,000 basic salary
- Company Van
- Fuel Card
- Company pension
- 21 days holiday + bank holiday
- Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
- Paid overtime
- Call out rota – standby and call out allowance on top of salary.
Requirements:
- City and Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing or Carpentry
- Experience within commercial maintenance
- Full UK driving license.
