Fabric Technician/Multi-Trader | Van Mobile | London (Within the M25) | Up to £36,000 + Van & Fuel Card
Mon – Fri, 8 am – 5 pm.
Delivering maintenance to building fabric across an incredible portfolio of listed buildings.

You will be joining an established facilities and building service provider with an incredible network of clients throughout London and the Southeast.
They will invest in training if required and can offer lots of opportunities for overtime.
Accountabilities:
- Carry out all aspects of building/Fabric maintenance.
- Maintain and update Logbooks.
- Flooring- Vinyl / Altro Safety Flooring
- Carpentry
- Painting & Decorating
- Flushing
- Plumbing
Experience and Requirements
- You must have a full and clean UK driving license.
- 3+ years of experience in building fabric maintenance.
- Relevant qualifications in carpentry/painting & decorating/pipe fitting are a bonus.
