Facilities Administrator – FM Service Provider – Sevenoaks, Kent – £25,000 per annum
My client, a leading Facilities and Maintenance Provider sare currently recruiting for an experienced Facilities Administrator to join their team based in Sevenoaks Kent.
The ideal candidate will have worked within a Facilities and Maintenance company and have experience raising Purchase Orders, compliance, general admin, FM and CAFM systems and Dealing with Maintenance Engineers
Hours of work
Monday to Friday – 08:00am to 17:00pm
Key duties
- General Administration duties
- Raising Purchase Orders and creating quotation
- Reactive call outs and Scheduling Engineers
- Ensure all maintenance agreements and contracts are up to date.
- Assist the Contracts manager with the compiling of the weekly PPM report.
- Assist with the effective scheduling of maintenance works and accurate preparation of associated paperwork.
- Ensure that sub-contractor orders are placed for life safe systems, water treatment contracts and any other specialist sub-contractor required.
- Deal professionally with customer and supplier queries.
- Ensure that sub-contractor PPM orders are placed as required.
- Ensure that specialist sub-contractor attendance planners are maintained and up to date.
- Maintain good customer relations between the department and client
- Dealt with reactive call outs
- Experience raising Raising PO’S & Creating Quotations
- Previously Scheduling PPM’s
