Helpdesk Administrator- Warrington- 25k- Full time in the office
My client, a respected Facilities Management Company working in the Healthcare Sector are looking for a Helpdesk Administrator to be based in their offices located in Warrington.
The ideal candidate will have previous FM Helpdesk background, experience in the Healthcare arena would be beneficial but is not essential. Working in a small team covering a portfolio of 17 NHS buildings in the North West and 18 buildings in London
Hours- 8.00-17.00 Monday to Friday
Main Duties
- You will be responsible for receiving all reactive job requests and raising them into the Concept CAFM system
- Allocating Jobs out to our engineers or contractors, and chasing tasks through to completion.
- The Helpdesk team is also responsible for raising PO’s, reviewing and approving invoices, and handling all rechargeable works.
- Inbox management with the ability to take a methodical approach to prioritising workload in a busy environment will see you succeed in this role.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude are essential.
