My client is currently recruiting for an experienced Helpdesk Administrator to join their team based in West London. The ideal candidate will have Helpdesk experienceand will have worked as part of a busy team
- Monitoring the Facilities Helpdesk email and logging jobs daily
- Raising Purchase Orders
- PPMs
- Assigning Engineers to works and closing down the jobs when completed
- Scanning Documentation
- Monitoring Inspections and Keeping records
- General Administration Duties
- Timesheets and Budgets
