Facilities Helpdesk Administrator/Scheduler- Cambridge- 24k- Permanent Position

My client, a leading Facilities and Maintenance provider are currently recruiting for an experienced Helpdesk Administrator/Scheduler to join their busy team.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated an ambitious individual that is willing to work on their own initiative. The position demands a highly motivated individual who is able to understand, work to and achieve stipulated deadlines supporting, assisting and developing our busy maintenance team. Primarily responsible for scheduling engineers, liaising with clients and updating the CAFM system.

Main Duties

  • Dealing with Engineers and schedulung works.
  • Scheduling on CAFM. – Concept Evolution
  • Answering telephone and dealing with customer queries.
  • Ensuring that engineers have all of the correct information and materials.
  • Ensuring that customers are fully updated on their particular job.
  • Scheduling off Planned Maintenance
  • Preparing invoicing.
  • Scheduling of Engineers is done in a cost effective way regarding logistics and skill set.
  • Using and updating computer systems.
  • Liaison with clients, engineers and office staff.
  • Ensure paperwork is received back from Engineers and is accurate.
  • Working closely with Account Manager, and Small Works Manager and Head of department.
  • Any other business requirements

Experience:

· Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Report writing ability essential.

· Ability to work under pressure and on your own initiative

· Friendly and approachable nature with great communication skills (including written)

· Great attention to detail with excellent time management skills.

Working Hours

  • Mon-Thu 8.00am – 5.00pm
  • Fri 8.00am – 4.00pm
