Facilities Helpdesk Administrator- South East London/Kent- up to £29,000 per annum
My client, one of the UK’s Leading Maintenance Providers are currently recruiting for an experienced Helpdesk Administrator to join their busy team based in the South East London/Kent. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience working on a Facilities Helpdesk and will have experience using different CAFM Systems.
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday- 8.00-17.00- 40 Hours Per Week
Main Duties:
- First point of contact internally and externally (with our client), assisting with any queries Facilities and Maintenance queries.
- Logging calls and enquiries efficiently and professionally to the agreed level of information required.
- Allocate and Issue new Jobs to Engineers
- Ensuring all PPMS are up to date
- Understand the contract SLAs and responsibilities
- Issue Reports and Update the CAFM System (Concept Evolution)
- Allocate and dispatch new jobs to contractors used by the contract
- Dispatch and chase ETAs for jobs.
- Escalate difficult jobs and manage complaints
- Undertake training for any staff members needing
- Commercial Support on the contract
- Any other activities on an Adhoc basis
