Facilities Service Coordinator

Facilities Service Coordinator- Leicester- 23k- Permanent Position- Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm

My client, a well known Facilities and Maintenance Provider are currently looking to recruit an experienced Facilities Service Coordinator to join their busy team based in Leicester. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a scheduler and organising teams of Engineers for routine Maintenance, Repair and Reactive works. Main Duties

• Responding to incoming calls to the Service desks and proactively dealing with customer requirements.
• Effectively planning and scheduling engineers
• Maintaining monthly labour efficiency & job margins
• Attend remotely, weekly planning meetings for cost effective labour scheduling
• Raising Purchase orders and working with suppliers to arrange deliveries.
• Service office administration; ensuring all service reports are accurate and compile job pack for processing and invoicing.
• Maintain effective updates to the company operating system
• Issuing engineer reports & commissioning certificates
• Issue of pre-commissioning requirements and installation manuals to customers

Essential

• GCSE Maths and English grade C or 5, or above
• A’ Levels or equivalent
• Computer Literacy
• Experience of working within a service office environment and understanding the importance of labour scheduling
