Fire Door Engineer

Due to continued growth we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced door engineers to join my clients specialist company.

To do so you will require a broad experience in Fire Doors of all types or at minimum experience in carpentry/fitting Non Fire doors and additional training will be provided.

This role would suit someone who has strong carpentry skills and is looking to work with a great team in an established, progressive company.

Experience Required

• Fire Door Installation and Maintenance (IDEALLY): Certified for installation and maintenance of Fire doors so good experience in this area is required along with strong carpentry skills.
• Installation and maintenance of other Door Types (IMPORTANT): Experience does not have to cover all door types but it is important to have experience in areas other than Fire doors.
• Door Hardware (IMPORTANT): Experience and knowledge of a broad range of ironmongery items such as door handles, locks, hinges, closers, signage etc.

• Full UK driving licence (Essential)
• Have access to own car (Essential)
• DBS (Ideally)
• Set of own Tools (Essential)
