Fire Door Supervisor

Mobile Fire Door Supervisor- Maintenance Contract -Southern Region – Up to £45,000 + Van & Fuel Card

GH Engage currently have a brilliant opportunity to work for an established building services company. My client is looking for a fire door supervisor to be based across a commercial maintenance contract in the southern region of England covering from the midlands to the south coast.

The successful candidate will ideally have a proven track record in fire door safety and will assist engineering managers in the day-to-day delivery of the joinery activities, including any site issues and reactive and planned maintenance across the contract. Previous experience of working with fire door inspection, installation and maintenance background is essential along with sound knowledge of health & safety.

Working with the clients on site, the successful candidate will be required to carry out the following supervisory and maintenance tasks.

Duties

Fire door repair, installation and refurbishment.
Follow technical drawings and plans.
Work safely, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of yourself, colleagues, customers and visitors.
Provide an excellent customer experience to existing client base
Work in partnership with sub-contractors to support and enhance client relationships
Maintain training and development to ensure you remain competent to undertake all required tasks.
Attend Team Talk given by the engineering management
To undertake any reasonable management instruction
