An exciting opportunity to join an established Building Services company based across Zones 1 and 2.
GH Engage are currently recruiting for a Foot Mobile Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial buildings in London. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
This position would be ideal for a Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company are offering a competitive salary up to £42,000 with a potential route into further career progression.
Key duties & Responsibilities
- Emergency Lighting
- Fire Alarm Testing
- Water Treatment
- Statutory Compliance
- Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings and compressors
- Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
- Chillers – Re-set
- BMS System – Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds etc)
- Ensuring logbooks are kept up to date
- Escorting specialist subcontractors
- Assisting other engineers
- Offering technical support
Hours of Work & Package Information
- Basic Salary of up to £42,000
- On call rota
- Monday – Friday 08:00 am – 17:00 pm
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
- Zones 1-2 Travelcard
Requirements
- Electrically or mechanically qualified – City & Guilds Level 3
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
- Client Facing
