An exciting opportunity to join an established Building Services company based across parts of Central London.
GH Engage are currently recruiting for a Multiskilled Foot Mobile Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a high-end residential and commercial contract. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
This position would be ideal for a Multiskilled Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company are offering a competitive salary of up to £44,000 with all travel expenses paid.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and Reactive
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
- Emergency lighting tests
- Fire alarm testing
- AHU’s/FCU’s – filter changes, belt changes etc
- Changing Ballasts
- BMS System – Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
Hours of Work & Package Information
- Basic Salary of up to £44,000
- Monday – Friday 08:00am – 17:00pm
- Zones 1-6 Travelcard
Requirements
- Electrically qualified – City & Guilds Level 2&3
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
- Client Facing
