GH Engage is recruiting a Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer to carry out electrical or mechanical planned and reactive maintenance across a successful commercial contract based in Central London.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Ideally, you will have a City & Guilds qualification level 2/3 Electrical or Mechanical.

Duties & Responsibilities
- PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance.
- Electrical Fault-Finding
- Lighting – lamp changes, ballast changes
- Emergency light testing
- Updating Logbooks
- Power distribution
- Small works – new sockets, new lights, new circuits, PAT testing.
- Small plumbing jobs
- General building maintenance
Qualifications & Experience
- City & Guilds Mechanical / Electrical Level 2/3 or equivalent
- Experience working within a client-facing environment
- Building services experience
