Our client is seeking a Head of Engineering to lead a nationwide account. You will oversee the provision of an M&E building maintenance contract to a corporate client throughout the UK, strategically leading the engineering function. This is a senior technical role which will be based in London, though national travel will be required.

Our client is an established building services provider; they deliver building maintenance contracts throughout the globe, to a portfolio of clients spanning every sector. This includes public, commercial, retail, and high-end residential spaces as well as some industrial sites.
Accountabilities:
- Delivery of;
- Compliance
- Asset management
- Project pipeline
- Staff training
- Responsible for the delivery of all reactive and planned maintenance in accordance with SLAs on all sites on the account.
- Overseeing all critical systems to ensure BAU for the client.
- Implement a standardised level of delivery across the account for all maintenance and project services.
Experience and Requirements
- Relevant technical qualifications – Degree qualified in electrical or mechanical discipline.
- Previous experience in national or regional roles.
- Strong demonstrable experience of delivering compliance.
- Previous experience managing the technical delivery of large maintenance contract(s).
