HR Administrator Required- FM Provider- London City- 25k- Perm
My client a leading Facilities and Maintenance Provider are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator to join their busy team based in the City- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years experience working in a HR Administration role ideally within a Facilities and Maintenance Provider.
Duties
- Responsible for the onboarding new staff and all administration
- issuing contracts and job offers
- Sending out induction letters and ensuring that managers and departments are kept up to speed
- Data Entry on HR systems
- Dealing with Induction presentations with the new starters in the business
- Dealing with absences and sickness within the business and keeping a record
- Ensure accurate HR wages information is prepared monthly for handover to Accounts
- Conduct exit interviews
- Cover the HR inbox in the absence of the HR Administrator
- Produce letters for changes to employment terms and conditions such as salary increases, promotions, probations and transfers
- Note taking in Disciplinary & Grievance Hearings etc.
- Filing and General Adhoc duties.
Essential
- A minimum of 1 year’s HR experience
- Ability to work with volume and in a fast pace environment
- Good Excel and Word skills as well as professional email etiquette
- High level of attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Promotes strict confidentiality within the department
- A team player
- Interest in a HR career
