HR and Payroll Manager- 50k- London

My client, a leading Facilities and Maintenance Provider are currently recruiting for an experienced HR and Payroll Manager based in their London office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience Managing a HR Team and looking after Payroll within a business.

Monday- Friday 8.00- 17.00 Full time in the office

Duties

  • Managing both HR and Payroll

  • Draft employment related letters
  • job title changes
  • Maintain HR filing system, ensuring all personnel files are kept up to date
  • Assist with day-to-day and ad-hoc reporting requirements for the business
  • Maintain the team HR inbox, responding to queries and escalating where needed
  • Diary management for HR team
  • Assist the HR & Payroll Officer to reconcile headcount for payroll each month
  • Draft responses for reference requests
  • Organise and schedule interview process
  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts
  • Track new joiner process
  • Collect references and right to work documents
  • Set up new joiner files and ensure all on-boarding paperwork is stored
  • Support with the induction of new starters (permanent staff). Payroll
  • Responsible for gathering monthly payroll data and inputting into the payroll system
