My client is currently recruiting for an experienced HR Coordinator to join their busy team based in Essex/East London. This is a part time position.
- Implementation of new HR systems and software within the company
- increase company knowledge of best practice and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Create new support structures for staff and help develop internal training programmes
- Salary Reviews, Annual leave and sickness monitoring
- Issuing Contracts and setting up new starters
- Standardise Recruitment Procedures
- General Administration Duties
