Job Title: HSE (M&E) Lead
Salary: €70,000 – €90,000 basic salary (Plus additional company benefits)
Location: Mainland Europe

I am currently recruiting a HSE Lead on behalf of an international M&E engineering services contractor. My client delivers a comprehensive range of mechanical and electrical services to clients across the commercial, life sciences, data, energy & data centre sectors. The business is committed to providing a dependable & quality driven service to clientele and this is represented through several repeat orders. Due to continued growth, the business now has an opening for a dynamic and reliable HSE Lead/ HSE Manager in Mainland Europe.
Should you be successful in your application, you will play an integral role involved with the delivery of a flagship critical services/ infrastructure project, located in mainland Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HSE Manager, to join a business that are committed to staff development, while also promoting a “family feel” mentality.
Skills & Responsibilities
- Oversee regular site audits/ inspections as directed in the safety management system.
- Liaise closely with the operational project team, to ensure project close out.
- Ensure supply chain safety documents are produced/ available & in accordance with best practices.
- Ensure the delivery of H&S inductions for all new employees.
- Act as a company representative at necessary progress site meetings.
- Inform & advise the project team on the preparation of safety files, to ensure successful client handover.
Remuneration Package
- A very handsome basic salary (variable & dependent on previous experience).
