Are you a Project Manager with experience in delivering HVAC facilities projects up to a value of £6.5m?
Due to ongoing growth, we are recruiting an experienced HVAC Project Manager to work for an established Facilities Management and Building Services company, based in Kent, and covering projects throughout London & the Southeast.
Monday to Friday | 8 am – 5 pm

You will be working for an established FM and building services company, based predominantly in Kent but working on projects throughout London and the Southeast.
Accountabilities:
- You will deliver HVAC facilities projects with values from £50,000 to £6.5 million.
- HVAC, chillers, industrial refrigeration, controls, and mechanical & electrical works; VRVs, VRFs, FCUs Tea Points, Landlord Central Plant, Ventilation, Toilet refurbishments/Sanitary Ware etc.
- Monitor project progress and track key milestones.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
- Assist in the identification and resolution of project issues and risks.
Experience and Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience, in successfully delivering a broad scope of HVAC projects.
- Comprehensives experience in all aspects associated with Project Management and delivery of a broad package of HVAC projects up to a value of £6.5m.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong work ethic – results-driven.
