Job Title: Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer
Salary: £40,000 basic salary (Plus additional company benefits)

Company Description
My client is a leading M&E engineering services contractor, based across London and the South East. The business covers the residential, commercial, leisure/ hotel & retail sectors, while specialising across the complete construction spectrum (energy centres/ infrastructure, heat networks/ district heating, pre-fabrication/ modularised builds, D&B construction and fit out). Typically, projects are located across the City of London, with values ranging between £1 million – £30 million.
Due to several successful project wins, the business now requires an Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer. This role will be based between office & site, while working in partnership with senior management. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join a market leading M&E contractor, while gaining exposure across several landmark developments.
Responsibilities
- Attend project meetings.
- Manage CDP & liaise with design consultants.
- Review all MEP specifications & drawings.
- Review technical submission and RFI’s.
- Work in partnership with the procurement team, while ensuring correct product/ subcontractor selection.
- Manage design delivery dates in line with programme.
