Company Description

My client offers Mechanical and Electrical Installation Services and Building Maintenance for London and the Home Counties. Offering a diverse variety of services and contracts, including new build and refurbishment projects with values ranging from £10k to £10 million. Projects below this value and planned maintenance are typically carried out by their small works department. Due to growth they are looking at taking on a Junior Mechanical Estimator.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Ensure works are carried out to a high standard
• Able to work well as a team
• Effective management and leadership skills

Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge

• My client is open to individuals from a time served apprentice or academic background
• Must have at least 2 – 3 years’ experience
• Effective planning & organisation skills
• Good written/ verbal communicational skills
