My client is looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial office building situated in Westminster. The successful candidate will ideally be multi-skilled with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. The ideal candidate will ideally be HV Qualified or have a desire to become HV Qualified. In return the company are offering a competitive salary, overtime and the chance to work at this modern site.

Duties:
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
- Emergency lighting tests
- Control Panels
- Changing Ballast
- BMS System – Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
- Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
- Manage Subcontractors
- Maintain and update Log books
Hours of Work & Salary
- Up to £44,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday (40 hour week)
- 7:00am – 4:00pm
- On call rota
Requirements
- Electrically qualified
- C&G / NVQ Level 2&3 – Essential
- C&G 17th Edition or 18th Edition
- HV Qualification (Desired)
- You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
