Job

Maintenance Engineer on a single-man site, a 7-storey office building in the City of London.

  • Delivering planned and reactive maintenance to the Landlord areas of the building.
  • Fault finding
  • PPMs
  • FCUs
  • Generators
  • AHUs
  • BMS
  • Chillers
  • Boilers
  • Water treatments

Experience and Requirements

  • City and Guilds qualified – Electrical Engineer
  • Ideally Level 3 Electrical Installations
  • 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • IOSH – desirable
  • Substantial experience working within M&E building maintenance.
  • Demonstrate experience & understanding of current Health & Safety.
  • Good Customer relationship skills.

Benefits

This is a permanent position in a well-established building services provider, with opportunities to take part in training courses, such as becoming HVAP.

The role is paying between £41,000 – £44,000, depending on experience.
