An exciting opportunity to join an established Building Services company based in Surrey.
GH Engage are currently recruiting for a Lead Maintenance Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance for a high-end residential contract in Surrey. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record within residential and commercial maintenance.
This position would be ideal for a Lead Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company are offering a competitive salary up to £45,000 with a potential route into further career progression.
Key duties & Responsibilities
- Lighting (Small installation, Sockets, Lamping, etc)
- Emergency lighting tests
- Fire alarm and sprinkler tests
- Electrical fault finding
- AHU, FCU (filter changes, belt changes, coil cleans)
- Changing Ballasts
- Boiler resets
- BMS System – Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
- PAT Testing
Hours of Work & Package Information
- Basic Salary of up to £45,000
- Monday – Friday 08:00 am – 17:00 pm
Requirements
- Electrically qualified – City & Guilds Level 2&3
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- Good communication skills
