My client, a boutique building firm based out of Kent are currently on the lookout for a Maintenance Assistant to be based on a mobile contract around the South and South East of England.
The ideal candidate will have experience within the construction industry (Labouring is fine). This is a great opportunity for an individual looking to kick start his career in the Maintenance and Construction sector. The main responsibility for this position will be assisting the Maintenance Operative on site and providing an extra pair of hands as well as learning on the job. Please see below the different trades and tasks you will be assisting with daily:
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Minor Electrics
- Tiling
- Dry Lining
- Plastering/Patch Work
- General Housekeeping
Please note this is a Mobile Position around Kent, Sussex and Surrey, therefore a Full UK Driving License is essential (VAN & FUEL CARD INCLUDED)
Salary
- £22,000 – £24,000 per annum (Van & Fuel Card included)
