Maintenance Electrician | Commercial Properties | Central / Greater London | £36K – £38K + van, fuel & package
Are you an experienced Electrician? Do you have experience within commercial maintenance?
Due to contract expansion, we are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Electrician to work on a mobile basis. Locations will be biased towards North and West London but will cover all Central and Greater London areas when required.
Duties will include ppm’s and reactive maintenance duties such as ballasts, lamps, emergency lighting, electrical fault finding, wiring, control panels, switchboards, sockets, circuits, induction motors, single and 3 phase power supplies, transformers, general all round maintenance / fabric duties when required.
Package:
- £36K-38K basic salary

Must hold your city and guilds level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation. Must hold a full UK driving license.
