Commercial Maintenance / Building Services Engineer | London | Temp/Contract roles | £17 – £21 per hour
Are you an experienced commercial maintenance engineers? We are recruitng across all trades including:
- Electrical Maintenance Engineers
- Mechanical Maintenance Engineers
- Maintenance Plumbers
- Fabric Engineers
We have a mix of days (monday to friday) and shift (days and nights) available.
Hands on duties will include (dependant on trade); electrical fault finding, wiring, sockets, circuits, lamps, ballasts, emergecy light tests, generator tests, induction motors, fire alarm tests, control panels, fuse boards, AHUs/FCUs (fault finding, coil cleans, filter changes, belt changes), pumps replacements, pressurisation units, booster sets, VRV/VAV/VRF, boiler resets, chiller checks, plumbing, basic carpentry, patch tiling, painting and decorating, BMS monitoring, tap temperatures, water system flushing etc.
Paid weekly via umbrella / ltd company.
