Foot Mobile Engineer – Electrical or Mechanical Bias (Zones 1 & 2)
£42,000 plus Zones 1&2 Travelcard

I am looking for a Foot Mobile Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical) to work as a maintenance engineer across Central london, zones 1&2. The role will be covering various sites within Central London, carrying out PPMs and responding to any reactive works.
The sites are all commercial office spaces, and the ideal candidate will have experience working within these environments.

- PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
- Electrical Fault-Finding
- Emergency Lighting
- Fire Alarms
- BMS Operation
- AHUs
- FCUs
- Distribution Boards
Qualifications & Experience
- City & Guilds Level 2 or equivalent (Electrical or Mechanical)
- 18th Edition if Electrical bias
- Experience working within a client-facing environment
