General Maintenance Engineer – Maintenance Contract – Cheltenham – Up to £24,000
GH Engage currently have a brilliant opportunity to work for an established private building services company. My client is looking for a General Maintenance engineer to work alongside an existing engineering team at an exciting commercial site in Cheltenham.
The successful candidate will ideally be multi-skilled with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and be looking to build a further career in building services. In return the company are offering a competitive salary, overtime and the chance to work on this very unique maintenance contract.
Working with the client on site, the successful candidate will be required to carry out the following supervisory and maintenance tasks.
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
- Emergency lighting tests
- Control Panels
- Changing Ballast
- BMS System – Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
- Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
Hours of Work & Salary
- Up to £24,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday (40 hour week)
- 08:00am to 17:00pm
- 25 Days holiday
