Maintenance Operative | City of London (Aldgate, Fulham, Nine Elms) | £28,000 – £30,000 + £1,500 Bonus + Package
Do you have experience working within the maintenance industry? Due to company expansion and high demand we are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Operative to work between 3 premises in Aldgate, Fulham, and Nine Elms in Central / South West London.
The premises are all high-end residential developments. Duties will include carrying out PPM’s and Reactive maintenance duties within private apartments and in the commercial plant areas.
The maintenance operative should hold a trade qualification (City and Guilds) ideally either in an electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, or air conditioning discipline.
Technical duties will include but not be limited to:
- Electrical Maintenance- fault finding, isolating power supplies, lighting, sockets, PAT testing
- Mechanical Maintenance – General plant checks, fire alarm tests, sprinkler tests, Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units – filter changes, coil cleans
- AC – filter changes, cleans etc
- Fabric Maintenance – Plumbing (Unblocking toilets, tap changes, leaks etc), basic carpentry ie: changing locks, fixing doors, patching up etc), painting and decorating duties when required.
Package:
- £28,000 – £30,000 basic salary
- 5% annual bonus (£1,400 – £1,500)
- Monday – Friday 08:00am – 5:00pm
- Company Pension
- 20 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Working within a team of maintenance operatives
