- Salary: Up to £37,000
- Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm
About the Role:

We are seeking a Maintenance operative with a strong background in Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial/residential building maintenance. This role involves carrying out plumbing & handyman duties at a number of presitigious sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pipework
- Fixing leaks
- Basic electrics
- Carpentry repairs
- Liasing with contractors
- General Handyman maintenance.
Package & Benefits:
- Competitive basic salary of up to £37,000

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in residential and commercial environments
- Proven track record in building maintenance & plumbing
- Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
