Maintenance Shift Leader

Shift Leader | Critical Environment | Hard Services Maintenance | West Drayton | £50K+

Are you experienced within critical building maintenance? Are you looking to join a rapidly expanding business?

We are currently recruiting for Shift Leaders to work in either the West Drayton or Slough areas. This will be working on a static basis within a large maintenance engineering team.

General day to day duties will include;

• Overseeing the shift engineering team
• Overseeing on-site compliance, logbooks and etc
• Managing sub-contractors
• Hands on duties; electrical fault finding, wiring, generator tests, transformers, HV switching, control panel maintenance, emergency lighting, AHUs/FCUs (filter changes, belt changes, coil cleans), pumps, motors, boiler resets, AC / CRAC units, fire alarms, sprinklers, BMS monitoring etc.

Package:

• £50,000 Basic salary
• Continental Shift Pattern (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am)- 2 weekends per month off guaranteed .

Requirements:

• City and Guilds Level 3 – either Electrical or Mechanical
• Ideally hold or have held HVAP status
• Experience within critical environments, ie; datacentres, banks, hospitals etc
