A Site Supervisor (electrical bias) is required by a building maintenance services provider to deliver the tenant services in a flagship corporate building in the City of London. You will be responsible for the prompt and quality delivery of all reactive and planned maintenance for the building’s tenants and answering any complaints.
Accountabilities:
- Responsible for delivery of planned and reactive maintenance in-line with Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
- Ensuring all compliance requirements are met, driving RAMS.
- Monitoring and overseeing sub-contractors.
- Acting as point of contact for any tenant complaints and issues, presenting a friendly and helpful face.
Experience and Requirements:
- You must have an electrical engineering background; either City & Guilds 18th Edition or NVQ Level 2 & 3.
- You will have a very strong all round technical knowledge and compliance record.
- Previous Supervisory/Management experience is required.
- Experience with building shutdowns and HV/LV switching is ideal.

Depending on experience this job will pay £37,000 – £43,000 dependant on experience and comes with a generous package including Death in Service, a pension, private medical insurance and more.
