Are you interested in working for an industry leading FM Service Providers?

We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor to work for an established FM Service Provider based in Manchester. This position will be working in a commercial office building looking after both tenant and landlord areas. You will be managing a team of four engineers on site.

Package:

• £40,000 salary
• Monday – Friday (08:00/ 17:00)

Requirements:

• Must hold City and Guilds Level 3 or equivalent electrical
• Must have current or expired HV AP
• Must have experience within commercial building services
• Ideally have worked in critical environments previously however this is not essential as training can be provided.
