Maintenance Supervisor | Commercial Building Maintenance | Electrical Bias | £47,000 – £50,000 | Split-Days: 7am-4pm/10am-7pm

They deliver building maintenance to commercial clients throughout London and the UK.

Job

Maintenance Supervisor on a 16-storey office building in the City of London, overseeing a team of 3.

  • Delivering planned and reactive maintenance to the Landlord areas of the building
  • Managing PPM schedules
  • Supervision of 3-man engineering team
  • Fault finding
  • PPMs
  • FCUs
  • Generators
  • AHUs
  • BMS
  • Chillers
  • Boilers
  • Water treatments

Experience and Requirements

  • City and Guilds qualified – Electrical bias preferred.
  • Ideally Level 3 Electrical Installations
  • 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • IOSH – desirable
  • Substantial experience working within M&E building maintenance.
  • Demonstrate experience & understanding of current Health & Safety.
  • Good Customer relationship skills.
  • Supervisory experience.

This is a permanent position in a well-established building services provider, with opportunities to take part in training courses, such as becoming HVAP.

The role is paying between £47,000 – £50,000, depending on experience.
