Site Supervisor- Green Park, London- Up to £55,000 per annum
An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for an established building services company. My client is looking for a Senior Site Supervisor to be based at this luxury one person situated a short walk from Green Park Tube Station.
The successful candidate will ideally be multi-skilled with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and hold previous experience as a supervisor.

Working alongside the Account Manager and with the client on site, the successful candidate will be required to carry out the following supervisory tasks.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Report directly into the Account Manager
- Assist the Account Manager in with the “day to day” running of the contract
- Assist in the management of all maintenance staff on the contracts
- Manage agreed KPI and SLA’s alongside the Account Manager
- Arrange specialist sub-contractors
- Management of all reports/site log books (Working with the Account Manager)
- Ensure all paperwork is up to date on each contract and ready for audits
- Attend client meetings if required
- Manage Engineering Team
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
- Emergency lighting & Fire alarm tests
- BMS System – Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
Hours of Work & Salary
- Up to £55,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday (40 hour week)
- 08:00am to 17:00pm
- 25 Days Holiday
Requirements
- Electrically or Mechanically qualified
- C&G / NVQ Level 2&3 – Essential
- C&G 18th Edition
- You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
