Maintenance Supervisor on a 16-storey office building in the City of London, overseeing a team of 3.
- Delivering planned and reactive maintenance to the Landlord areas of the building
- Managing PPM schedules
- Supervision of 3-man engineering team
- Fault finding
- PPMs
- FCUs
- Generators
- AHUs
- BMS
- Chillers
- Boilers
- Water treatments
Experience and Requirements
- City and Guilds qualified – Electrical bias preferred.
- Ideally Level 3 Electrical Installations
- 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- IOSH – desirable
- Substantial experience working within M&E building maintenance.
- Demonstrate experience & understanding of current Health & Safety.
- Good Customer relationship skills.
- Supervisory experience.
