They are an established company with an impressive portfolio of corporate clients across several sectors. Having recently won some new contracts across London, they are now in the process of growing their team to account for their success.
Job
A Maintenance Supervisor with an electrical bias is required to join an established contract in the Wembley area. The successful candidate will be joining a great team, providing planned and reactive maintenance to a modern, static site, and over-seeing 2 engineers (both mechanical and electrical). Reporting directly to the Contract Manager, you will work to provide a first-class service to the client and ensure the smooth running of the building, meeting KPI’s and SLA’s.
Accountabilities:
- Implementing planned maintenance schedules.
- Reactive maintenance.
- Supervising 2 multi-skilled engineers for all maintenance requirements. Organise work schedules.
- Building a working relationship with an established requirement, going the extra mile and ensuring any problems are addressed properly and as fast as possible.
- Ensuring KPI’s are met by the team in order to achieve success with all service level agreements.
Experience and Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar supervisory position.
- Electrically Qualified
- City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 Apprenticeship
- 17th/18th
- Client facing attitude.
